从促进农村家庭城镇化的角度对城乡规划转型进行了论述，并提出了“社会转向”与“家庭转向”两大转型方向。经过30 多年的快速发展，中国城市、农村、农村家庭均发生了深刻改变。在城市文化冲击乡土文化、农业工业化生产方式取代传统小家庭农业生产方式的大背景下，农村家庭或主动适应城镇化进程或被动卷入城镇化进程，农村家庭空间结构发生剧烈变化，出现离散型农村家庭、寄居型农村家庭与留守型农村家庭等多种家庭类型。城镇化进程对农村家庭的影响极其显著，但在城市蔓延、乡村消失的此消彼长中，城市却还未准备好大规模接纳农村家庭。在此背景下，城乡规划应主动承担社会建设的职责，特别是在促进农村家庭城镇化上发挥更大的作用，并加快“社会转向”与“家庭转向”，以进一步提升规划的社会效益。 - 关键词：
农村家庭城镇化；城乡规划；社会转向；家庭转向； - Abstract: The transformation of urban-rural planning is discussed from the perspective of rural households’ urbanization, society-oriented and family-oriented transitions are also put forward in this paper. With 30 years’ rapid development, great changes have taken place in urban and rural areas in China. In the context of culture shock in rural local culture and the agricultural industrialization gradually replacing traditional agricultural production mode, rural households actively adapt to the urbanization or are passively involved in the process, which contributes to the dramatic changes in the spatial structure of rural households. Separated families, lodging, left-behind elderly and children gradually appear in modern life. There is no denying that urbanization has a remarkable influence on rural households. However, urban areas are not ready enough to accept the massive inflow of rural households. To enhance social benefits, society-oriented and family-oriented urban-rural planning transformations should be developed to promote the urbanization of rural households.
