本研究旨在针对嘉兴的工业遗产特色制定一套具有适应性的价值评价体系，并针对嘉兴市区现存工业遗产进行评估，为合理确定近期重点保护对象提供决策依据。针对具体的工业遗产建筑，进行综合评估得出重点保护的建构筑物本体，并为制定准确分类保护与利用的具体措施提供依据。创新点在于根据嘉兴的工业发展的历史阶段与现状特点，深入挖掘遗产价值，综合保护与展示利用的双方面需求制定适应性的评价体系，提出分类保护的具体措施。 - 关键词：
嘉兴；工业遗产；价值；评价体系；保护方法； - Abstract: The aim of this research is to design an adaptable value assessment system and carry out an assessment to the existing industrial heritage in the city proper in order to provide evidence for rational decision in identifying objectives for recent key protection. Secondly,with a comprehensive assessment of the specific industrial heritages and construction, it also offers support in designing practical measures for accurate classification protection and exploitation. The innovative point lies in the fact that this research dug deep into the heritage value on the basis of the history periods and present situation of the industrial development of Jiaxing and designed an adaptable assessment system considering the need for both protection and exhibition; it also offered practical measures for classification protection of the industrial heritage.
