针对我国城市雕塑品质不齐、类型狭窄等问题，聚焦城市雕塑规划机制，基于公共艺术的国际视野梳理成功运作机制——包括制度环境和计划/ 规划体系的作用，继而结合我国国情，提出制度建设建议和与之联动的城市雕塑规划体系优化策略。 - 关键词：
城市雕塑；公共艺术；规划机制； - Abstract: The problems of city sculpture in China greatly are related to low quality and indigent types. Based on international vision, the paper studied those successful operating mechanism including institutional environment and planning system. According to the situation of our country, the paper put forward the construction suggestions on institution building linked with city sculpture planning system optimization strategy.
