- The Study on Wetland Conservation and Livable New City Construction in Nanjing Jiangbei New District

南京江北新区湿地是南京长江段乃至长江下游区域重要的湿地空间。从其演变及其现状来看，南京江北新区自然环境条件具有3 个主要特征：难以利用的下蜀土岗地、长期不安全的江滩与圩田以及20 世纪近百年的洪水威胁。为了协调南京江北新区湿地保护与宜居新城建设，本文提出如下3 条建议：挖通岗前河，构筑南京江北新区通水廊道；完善湿地保护区生态功能规划，重建地带性植被；优化湿地生态管制空间，协调管控等级与湿地功能定位冲突。 - 关键词：
南京江北新区；岗前河；湿地保护；宜居新城； - Abstract: Nanjing Jiangbei New District’s wetland is an important wetland space in Nanjing section of Yangtze River and lower reaches of Yangtze River. From the terms of evolution and status quo, the main characteristics of natural environmental condition in this place are Xiashu Soil of hillock, which is difficult to use, the long-term insecure marshland as well as polder and nearly a century of flood threats. In order to coordinate the construction of wetland conservation and livable new city construction, this paper will propose the following suggestions. First is to dig a pre-hillock river and set up a water gallery in Jiangbei New District. Second is to improve wetland ecological construction plans and rebuild zonal vegetation. Finally, it’s recommend to optimize wetland ecological controlled space and reconcile the conflicts between controlled space and wetland functions.
