中国大城市远郊地域城与乡的边界不断模糊，新型郊区聚落空间大量涌现。中国的郊区化进程是否已经走出了一般意义的“郊区化”而进入“后郊区化”时代？以广州萝岗为例，结合广州大都市区化进程，从空间扩张演变、管理体制变革、功能定位转型三个方面勾勒萝岗郊区成长的独特性，揭示其丰富的空间演进内涵，探讨在此过程中政府通过土地调控、管理体制、规划手段进行干预和作用的机制，进而展现其后郊区成长和发展进程。 - 关键词：
后郊区；政府视角；广州大都区化；萝岗；广州开发区；； - Abstract: Chinese cities are experiencing rapid urban expansion, extensive spatial restructure, deep economical development and social transformation. What comes with these is, the boundaries between cities and villages is more and more blurred with the peripheral villages being continuously eroded into cities, which implants a great deal of suburban settlements of various new forms. Has China’s suburban growth gone beyond commonly noted ‘suburbanization’ and into an era we may call ‘post-suburbanization’? As one of the diverse spatial phenomena produced along the process of Guangzhou’s pursuit towards a polycentric city, Luogang’s suburban growth and development contains a large deal of new characteristics: no matter to the perspective of its complex spatial expansion or the governmental or political factors which drives it, or further more its obvious relation with the ‘New Economy’ in terms of industry. The development of Luogang reflects and riches the theoretical connotation of post-suburban. This article seeks to elaborate further and contextualize the post-suburban development of Luogang in the process of Guangzhou’s metropolitan development, and focuses on the government intervention and function penetrating in the whole process .
