以位于旅游景区内部或边缘的村落为研究对象，通过借鉴国外旅游村的发展经验和解析典型案例——深圳较场尾村的实际更新过程，分析了在旅游经济驱动下，村落在功能构成和物质空间两方面的变化特点, 以及在此过程中实现“村”“景”融合的具体实践方法。在对较场尾村实证研究的基础上，结合当前我国乡村建设宏观背景，进一步阐述了景区依托型村落建设应如何体现社会主义新农村的发展要求，从而实现自身繁荣与景区发展的和谐共赢。 - 关键词：
景区依托型村落；功能构成；物质空间；社会主义新农村； - Abstract: This paper focuses on the development of villages in the scenic spots. By learning the advanced experience from foreign countries and exploring the practical case of Jiaochangwei village, this paper reveals the variation tendency in the villages’ functional composition and physical space from smallscale peasant economy period to tourism economy period. In this process, the ways which make the village and scenic spots integrated are discussed. Based upon this, the renewal approaches of the villages with the scenic spots are concluded from the angle of the functional and spatial improvement against the background of socialism new countryside development. By the way, both the prosperity of the villages and the improvement of the scenic spots can be achieved.
