本文以南京江北绿水湾、龙袍、八卦洲三片沿江城市湿地周边农户的107 份问卷调查为基础，通过建立L o g i s t i c 模型对城市湿地公园周边农户宅基地退出意愿进行了实证分析，并得出了以下结论：一是随着农民年龄的增加，相关地区的农户宅基地退出意愿增强；二是农户居住地区的发达程度越高，其退出意愿越弱；三是农户对于湿地的认知情况影响其对于宅基地退出的决策。并对城市湿地公园周边农户的宅基地退出工作提出了政策与建议。 - 关键词：
宅基地退出；城市湿地公园；Logistic模型；意愿分析； - Abstract: This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of peasant household around 3 Yangtze River wetland parks in Nanjing Jiangbei New District. We use Binary Logistic Model to analyze the quit intention of residential land around urban wetland park. We found that as the age of farmers getting older, the intention of residential land is becoming stronger. Also, as the development degree is getting higher, the intention of residential land is becoming weaker. Cognitions of wetland actually influence the decision of peasant household. This paper also provides some suggestions of quitting works of residential land around urban wetland parks in China.
