- 摘要：
南京江北新区是长江经济带与东部沿海经济带的重要交汇节点，担当着推动苏南现代化建设和长江经济带更好更快发展的重任，其区域交通基础设施配置必须做战略性提升。本文剖析了江北新区现状和发展使命目标，提出规划策略与方案：构筑“双高双快”（高速铁路、高速公路、城市轨道、快速路）多层次交通圈，提升江北新区广域辐射能力；构筑多模式一体化枢纽体系，实现旅客换乘便捷、物流转运快捷；以快速路和城市轨道复合走廊支撑引导带型城市空间格局；采用分区差别化发展策略，引导新区用地开发模式；公交优先引导健康城市的交通生活；同时，构建旅游休闲绿道系统，营造人性化高品质慢行空间。规划全面提升江北新区对外交通和内部交通，对指导江北新区建设具有重要意义。 - 关键词：
南京江北新区；综合交通；交通枢纽；公交优先；分区差别化； - Abstract: Nanjing Jiangbei New District is located in the Yangtze River economic belt and the eastern coastal economic belt of the important intersection node, taking the responsibility to advocate better and faster development of southern Jiangsu modernization and the Yangtze river economic belt, meet the demand for international transport and for wide-range land transport .This paper analyzes the present situation and mission goals of JBND, puts forward planning strategies: Building up a multi-level and multi-modal transportation network to improve both the accessibility and mobility of the new district and surrounding regions, to build integrated intermodal transportation hubs, fulfill requirements of convenient and rapid transference of passengers and merchandise, to support the ribbon-type city development with the combined expressway and metro corridor as well as the integrated transport hubsunder, to apply various transport development strategies according to characteristics of different zones to guide city designs and new-type urbanization.
