自2008 年以来，我国进入了区域协同发展的高潮期，同城化作为区域协同发展的一种表现形式，在国内有着大量的实践与理论研究。基于台山和开平两个同属中小城市的同城化实践，分析了台开同城的背景与基础，跳出传统型政府规划的思维，以企业型政府视角，分析台开同城的可行性与实现路径，提出基于台开两市投资互利的同城化解决方案，即以旅游一体化、基础设施共享、打造潭江经济带和建立长效机制等策略为突破口，实现台开同城化。 - 关键词：
台开同城化；企业型政府；成本；收益； - Abstract: Since 2008, China has entered the climax of regional cooperative development, as a manifestation of regional cooperation development, and has a lot of practice and theory research. The paper analyses on the background and foundation of the city based on the practice of Taishan and Kaiping, which belong to small-sized cities, and jump out of the traditional government planning thinking from the angle of enterprise government, and analysis of open city of feasibility and path. The paper proposed solutions based on platform open two city investment benefit of the city, the tourism integration, infrastructure sharing, building of Tanjiang River economic belt and the establishment of long-term mechanism and strategy as a breakthrough and open city.
