大规模保障房住区的公建配套设施建设是我国城市公建配套的薄弱之处。为了更好地配置保障房住区的公共服务设施，本文结合案例研究与问卷调查，选取南京市岱山润福城为典型案例，以地理学视角探究住区老年居民的时空间行为特征，探究“宜居性”大规模保障房住区公共设施配置的关键要素，实现由“住有所居”向“住有宜居”的彻底转变。 - 关键词：
大规模保障房住区；老年居民；时空间；行为特征； - Abstract: The construction of public facilities in large-scale public housing is the weak point of the construction of public facilities in our country. In order to better allocate the public service facilities, based on case study and questionnaire survey, this paper selects Daishan Runfucheng of Nanjing City as a typical case. To achieve the thorough transformation from "Home to Live in" to "Livable Home to Live in", the temporal and spatial characteristics of elderly residents and the key elements of the allocation of the "livable" public facilities in large-scale public housing are explored from the perspective of Geography.
