随着规划及设计的转型，传统的物质空间规划正朝着以人为中心的规划转变，人对空间的使用逐步成为空间构建的焦点。本文正是以南京市新街口地区人群的空间使用为研究对象，利用百度地图热力图，配合观测、问卷与访谈，在人、空间、时间三个维度上分析了中心区空间利用的特点，总结了中心区在不同空间、时间、人群三个层面上的分异特征，并深入分析了其产生的动因，包括空间公共性、功能业态、环境设计、人群差异等因素。面对城市中心区未来的空间更新与品质提升，厘清中心区时空利用现象及其背后逻辑，将有助于规划理念、方法的转变。 - 关键词：
中心区；人群；空间利用；时空特征；南京新街口； - Abstract: With the transformation of planning and design, the traditional physical space planning has been transformed into human-oriented planning, and the spatial utilization has gradually become the focus of space building. This paper takes space utilization in Nanjing Xinjiekou area as the research object. Based on baidu thermodynamic diagram and according to the observation, questionnaire and interview in Xinjiekou area, this paper analyses the characteristics of space utilization in urban center district from three dimensions including human dimension, space dimension and time dimension, summarizes the differential features on diverse space, diverse time, and diverse human levels. Furthermore, the paper deeply analyzes the reasons for this phenomena and points out the motivation behind it, such as the publicity of the space, the type of function and business form, the design of landscape and environment, people diversity and other factors. Facing the space updating and quality improvement of urban center district, people need to elaborate the phenomena and logic of the spatio-temporal utilization in center district to provide important reference for the transformation of planning concept and method.
