    近些年快速城镇化导致我国很多城市旱内涝频发,与“速排”相反,一些国内学者提出城市雨水资源化。随着“海绵城市”的推行,城市雨洪基础设施规划尤显重要,但目前我国相关研究仍较缺乏。从城市规划层面探讨了雨洪基础设施空间布局的规划方法途径,首先综合分析城市水文、地形、土地利用现状及其他专项规划,把控多层次“灰色”与“绿色”雨水基础设施的耦合关系;其次依据不同层次需求归纳“雨水促渗截留型”、“雨水调蓄净化型”、“综合功能型”三大类绿色雨水基础设施的应用途径,以期为海绵城市建设提供参考。

  • Abstract: Due to the frequent droughts and floods phenomenon caused by the rapid urbanization area, some domestic scholars put forward the concept of urban rainwater resources. With the introduction of the ¡°sponge city¡±, the city rain and flood infrastructure planning have become more important. However, we still lack the relevant research on the level of urban planning. In order to provide a reference for the construction of ¡°sponge city¡±, this paper discusses the planning methods of urban stormwater management system from the perspective of urban planning. Firstly, through the comprehensive analysis of the 4 aspects (Hydrology, Topography, Land use, and other special planning), this paper sorts out the coupling relationship between ¡°grey¡± and ¡°green¡± stormwater infrastructure. Secondly, according to the needs of different levels, this paper also summarized the application approaches of three types of green stormwater infrastructures (¡°rainfall infiltration type¡±, ¡°rainwater purification type¡±, ¡°comprehensive function type¡±£©.
