- 摘要：
构建分权化地方政府之间的新型合作关系，形成高效的协调与合作机制是当前我国同城化发展面临的主要挑战。在梳理总结我国同城化战略实施以来取得的成效和面临的主要障碍基础上，引入制度性集体行动理论，从制度行动者层面对区域管治机制进行解析，并基于该视角提出同城化合作机制，为破除同城化战略实施瓶颈、促进近域城市整合、创新区域治理模式提供科学决策依据。 - 关键词：
同城化；制度性集体行动；合作机制； - Abstract: At present, there are many challenges in the process of urban integration in China. The most important is how to create a new cooperation relationship and effective governance mechanism among the decentralization governmental units. This article summarizes the effects and dilemmas of urban integration in China. Then, authors introduce institutional collective action framework and analyze regional governance mechanism based on institutional actor. At last, the paper discusses cooperation mechanisms of urban integration from perspective of institution collective action. Authors hope that this study will provide supporting policies to break urban integration bottleneck and innovate regional governance model.
