本文以世界文化遗产平遥古城为案例地，分析了平遥民居改造成为民俗旅馆过程中因居住形态演变所表现出的街坊、院落及建筑单体空间形态的变化。平遥居住形态演变的动力机制可以归纳为主体要素、社会要素和文化要素。改造所形成的新空间成为外来游客活动与交往的载体，同时产生了独立于传统街区及民居的社群关系、文化形态。研究加深了对旅游商业化背景下历史文化街区发展演变的认识，并为其保护和更新提供借鉴和引导。 - 关键词：
平遥；居住形态；演变；动力机制； - Abstract: Under the background of urbanization of China, more and more attention is paid to the research about traditional houses. In this paper, we study the case of world cultural heritage Pingyao county based on the field survey data. Starting from three aspects of neighborhood, courtyard and building. We concluded that residential morphology changes in Gan Font Street lies in three aspects. In the neighborhood level, courtyard merges and forms a belt space. In the courtyard level, a new space order appears which differs from the traditional one. In the architecture level, a new space functional requirement is satisfied through spatial segmentation and connectivity. The dynamic mechanism of the evolution of Pingyao residential morphology can be summarized as subject factor, social factor and cultural factor. During the rapid development of the tourism industry, the subject factor shifts from the occupant to operator. To meet the needs of tourists, a new space becomes a carrier of activities and communication. At the same time, a modern community relation and culture emerges. This research wishes to deepen the understanding of development and evolution of historical and cultural blocks, and provides a reference and guidance for protection and renovation.
