从历史演变特征分析，不同时期影响北京城市贫困空间分布的主导因子存在较大差异：明、清时期的北京城市空间分化以身份、地位为基础，同时受制度与宗教的制约，形成皇族、贵族集聚于中心地带，底层阶级集中于城墙附近与外城（南城）的格局；近代北京城市在半殖民地化的社会过程中，经济地位成为空间分化过程的主导因子，城市空间呈现“中上层居住在中心，贫民迁居在外围”的圈层结构；现代北京城市贫困空间分布受政策、经济体制、城市化进程等多因子交互作用，城市空间由计划经济时期的均质化发展向市场经济时期的空间贫富分异态势演化。 - 关键词：
北京市；贫困空间；时空演变； - Abstract: By summarizing the regular pattern of spatial evolution of urban poverty, it shows that the dominant factors affecting the spatial distribution of Bejing’s urban poverty changed with time. Beijing’s urban spatial differentiation was based on status in Ming and Qing Dynasties. It was also affected by institutions and religions. Economic status had become the main factor in the early 20th century. In modern times, Beijing’s urban poverty spatial distribution was affected by many factors, including policy, economic system, the process of urbanization, etc.
