- 摘要：
目前我国旧城改造的关键问题在于如何平衡各方利益，既可保证空间结构的更新优化，又能实现历史文脉的传承。引入城市快速轨道交通这一城市触媒，结合多个案例，深入分析城市快速轨道交通带来的新元素及引发的触媒效应，提出选择适当的触媒元素、优化触媒系统及动态的触媒调整等旧城更新建议。 - 关键词：
城市快速轨道交通；城市触媒；旧城更新；催化作用； - Abstract: The key problem of the old city reconstruction is how we can balance the interests of all areas. It can not only ensure updated optimization of spatial structure, but also can realize the inheritance of historical context. The article introduces the urban catalyst of rail transit and combines multiple cases to analyze new elements which were created by the rail transit and trigger the catalytic effect. It pointed out the renewal proposal for the old city reconstruction, by ways of selecting proper catalyst elements, optimization of catalytic system and dynamic adjustment of catalyst.
