“多规合一”是目前理论和政策研究的热点。本文从“多规合一”的内涵、历史演化、面临的问题、多规冲突的原因、国内外相关实践和对策建议等方面对国内的相关文献进行了系统梳理。在全面回顾已有文献的基础上，本文认为后续研究应当扩展对空间规划体系的认知、选取恰当的规划管理模式、完善规划法律制度和探索因地制宜“多规合一”的路径，以实现“多规合一”的目标。 - 关键词：
多规合一；空间规划；规划冲突；文献综述； - Abstract: The multiple planning integration is a hot issue in recent research. This article systematically combs the relevant research of the multiple planning integration in China, and focuses on the aspects of the connotation, history and difficulties of the multiple planning integration; the causes of multiple planning conflict; the practices about coordination of spatial planning system; and the suggestions to promote the work of multiple planning integration. On the basis of literature review, it offers the suggestions which help to achieve the aims of multiple planning integration: extending the knowledge of planning system, selecting the appropriate planning patterns, improving planning legal system, and exploring the path suitable to local conditions.
