党的十八大提出社会主义美丽乡村建设，全国各地均展开了美丽乡村规划的实践探索。国内外文献研究表明，乡村系统的复杂性要求适应于地域条件的规划模式及地方路径。成都市乡村规划建设在统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区（2007）以及两次灾后重建（2008 年5·12 汶川和2013 年4·20 芦山）的政策革新中重点围绕产业发展、空间布局、基础设施、地域文化等方面实践探索，提出了一种基于成都地区独有的内涵式发展的乡村规划建设模式和地方路径，即产村融合的规划模式及技术框架，包括规划集中选址、成片连线建设、“产村单元”构建、“小组生微”布局、建筑风貌塑造等，并在此实践基础上凝练了美丽乡村建设的关键因素和理想路径。 - 关键词：
美丽乡村；规划实践；城乡统筹；产村相融；成都模式； - Abstract: The movement of beautiful village construction has been proposed officially at 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Afterwards, local governments begin to put forward practical exploration of beautiful village construction throughout the country. Studies at home and abroad have demonstrated that local planning modes and approaches of rural planning has been aroused because of the complexity of rural area. As a national experimental plot for Coordinated Urban-Rural Reform(2007), Chengdu, in the context of the framework of urban-rural integration, has undertaken an innovative search in rural planning and construction practices. Those two post-disaster reconstructions(2008 Wenchuan and 2013 Lushan earthquakes) have further enriched the local experience of rural planning and construction. Those exploratory practices mainly focused on aspects of industrial development, spatial layout, infrastructure, regional culture characteristics. And a special planning mode named “industrial-village” integrated planning mode and its specifics are innovated according to this practice, which including the site selection, cluster development, “industrial-village” planning unit mode, “small-scale, groups, ecology, and garden” mode, and the style and feature creation of vernacular dwelling. Finally, this paper puts forward key factors and hypothetical approaches of beautiful village planning and construction.
