当前乡村环境冲突事件频发，邻避现象在乡村逐步显现，冲击着乡村的和谐和稳定。本文将邻避冲突的分析视野从城市扩展到乡村，以演化博弈理论研究乡村邻避冲突中各相关主体的行动及其效果。研究表明，由于乡村产权权益弱化、松散的乡村自组织容易崩解和乡村中权力与资本结合的优势地位，乡村邻避冲突治理出现了局部失序的现象。比较研究表明，解决乡村邻避冲突主要在于国家权力的常态化切入乡村，以及在此基础上村民稳固的自组织。 - 关键词：
邻避效应；邻避冲突；乡村治理；演化博弈；自组织； - Abstract: At present, the environmental conflict is frequent in the countryside, and the phenomenon of the NIMBY is gradually emerging in the rural areas, which impacts the harmony and stability of the rural areas. In this paper, it analyses the NIMBY conflict from urban expansion to rural areas, in order to study the actions and effects of the relevant subjects in rural areas with the evolutionary game theory. Research shows that there is a phenomenon of locality disorder of village NIMBY conflict governance, due to the weakening of the rights and interests of rural property, easily disintegrated loose villager self-organization, and the combination of power and capital in the rural areas. Comparative study shows that the way to solve village NIMBY conflict mainly lies in the normalization of state power approaching the country, and the villager's stable self-organization on this basis.
