快速的城镇化进程不断侵蚀城市生态本底。为解决此问题，“生态控制线”应运而生。本研究认为，城市的城镇化水平差异会导致其划定生态控制线的模式有所不同。研究选取广东省珠海市与云浮市作为研究案例，比较二者的生态基底和生态控制线划定方法，总结这两种划定模式：一是坚持生态优先构建生态安全格局，以协调落实相关规划为主识别生态要素管理边界，以生态控制线被动限制城镇发展边界；二是以生态建设为动力构建生态安全格局，以强化生态保护的完整性为目标识别生态要素管理边界，以生态控制线主动引导城镇空间有序拓展。这两种模式能为我国生态控制线研究提供方法、模式和理论借鉴。 - 关键词：
生态控制线；模式；珠海；云浮； - Abstract: Rapid urbanization process continues to erode the urban ecological background. To solve this problem, “ecological control line” came into being. This study suggests that the urbanization differences will lead to different patterns of ecological control lines. This paper chooses the Zhuhai city and Yunfu city as the research cases, comparing the ecological basement and the ecological control line delineation method of the two, and summarizing the two modes of planning: One is to adhere to the ecological priority to construct the ecological security pattern to coordinate the implementation of the relevant planning. The second is to construct the ecological security pattern with the ecological construction as the driving force, to strengthen the ecological protection integrity as the goal to identify the ecological elements management boundary, take the ecological control line initiative guide the urban space to expand in an orderly manner.These two models can provide methods, models and theoretical reference for the study of ecological control lines in China.
