- 摘要：
首先通过对城市社会空间内涵的剖析，认为广义城市社会空间更适应于我国当前城市社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异的研究，并结合新城区社会空间的特性，阐释了新城区社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异的内涵。其次，通过对比资本主义国家、后社会主义国家以及我国新城区社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异的形成机理，指出资本主义国家的新城区社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异主要受到制度环境、产业结构和技术条件三个方面影响，后社会主义国家的新城区社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异与其制度环境、国家职能和“历史路径”多因素有关，而我国新城区社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异是国家政策、市场经济及全球化经济综合作用的结果。最后，对国内外新城区社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异的研究进行比较，指出我国新城区社会空间分异" target="_blank">社会空间分异研究在研究方法、研究范围和对象、研究理论以及研究范式上与国外研究具有差异。 - 关键词：
新城区；社会空间分异；社会空间； - Abstract: The paper firstly explains the important value of the study of the social space in the new urban area through analyzing the connotation of urban social space and combining with its characteristics. Secondly, the paper analyzes the formation mechanism of new urban social space deeply in capitalist and socialist countries by sorting out the fundamental problems, depictive methods and representation forms of socio-spatial differentiation. Finally, combined with the characteristics of China’s new urban social spatial differentiation, the paper points out socio-spatial differentiation in China is the result of comprehensive functions of national policies, market economy and economic globalization. At present, there is a lack of research on the socio-spatial differentiation in the new urban area of China, and the paper indicates the enlightenment of the research and the direction of future efforts in this area.
