由于资金不足、影响因素复杂和认识不完整，导致目前老旧住宅区分类界限模糊，工作针对性不够，效果欠佳。故而，提出从“安全、适老、节能环保、宜居、提升品质”角度着力制定可持续的老旧住宅区更新提升标准，并以“服从城市总体规划、四新、政府主导、有序开展、有效协作”的基本原则，为老旧住宅区更新提升工作提供导向性建议。 - 关键词：
老旧住宅区；内涵分析；主要方向；基本原则； - Abstract: The absence of suitable remedies and actual effect for this project as well as the ambiguous classification of the old residential district was because the lack of funding, complex factors and incomplete knowledge. Therefore, this research proposed to set sustainable standards of renewal for the old residential district from the view of “safety, fit for the old, energy conservation and environmental protection, livability, quality improvement” and adhere to the basic principles of obeying the overall urban planning, the four new policies, government-led, orderly development and effective cooperation in order to provide guidance of renewal for the old residential district.
