近年来随着公交导向理念的兴起与资源环境的倒逼，公共交通越来越成为社会关注的焦点。但传统交通建模方法对公共交通出行考虑欠佳，相关理论远滞后于公共交通实际的发展程度，客观上导致公共交通决策的“失真”与小汽车使用的“泛滥”。本文从可达性的角度切入，通过对可达性相关理论的梳理，提出了一种能满足当下城市公共交通运行特点的新型可达性分析模型，并根据模型的基本特征，引入了精准度更高的互联网开放数据，进一步提高了模型的应用价值。最后结合GIS 软件对南京公共交通的实证研究表明，该模型对城市公共交通可达性的模拟较为准确，算法流程相对简明，反映出了公共交通的运行特点，可以应用于城市公共交通的有关分析中。 - 关键词：
城市公共交通；开放数据；可达性；GIS；南京； - Abstract: Currently, with the development of the oriented theory about common bus and pressure from the resources environment, public transportation has become the focus of society. But traditional traffic modeling method for considering public transportation is poor, and the related theory is far behind the degree of public transport development, which objectively lead to the "distortion" of public transport decisions and the "flood" of car use. From the perspective of accessibility, through the accessibility-related theory as well, this paper presents a new type of accessibility analysis model, which can meet the current urban public transport operation characteristics. Furthermore, it introduces a higher accuracy of internet open data based on the fundamental features of the model, increasing the value of model. Finally, combined with GIS software for empirical research in Nanjing public transportation, it shows that the model is relatively accurate to the urban public traffic accessibility, and the algorithm process is relatively simple, which can be applied to the analysis of urban public transport for it reflects the operating characteristics of the public transport.
