城市老中心区对于一个城市的规划发展具有重要意义，在更新过程中需要综合考虑资源特征与时代轨迹相结合，充分发掘文化特性是城市老中心区更新的重要内容。探讨了目前在城市更新过程中的文化现象和问题，以西安明城区为例，梳理分析了文化特性在城市老中心区更新中解决现有不足的作用机制，同时结合城区内具体对象，阐释了文化特性在老城中心区更新中的节点秩序、环境场所、活力街巷三个方面的具体体现。 - 关键词：
文化特性；城市老中心区；更新；西安明城区； - Abstract: The old urban center is of great significance to the planning and development of a city. In the process of updating, it is necessary to combine the characteristics of resources with the trajectory of the times. It is an important part of the old city center to fully explore the cultural characteristics. This paper discusses the cultural phenomena and problems present in the process of city renewal, and Ming dynasty in Xi'an city as an example, analyzes the cultural characteristics in the old city center area update mechanism to solve the existing problems in the development of city, combined with the specific object, explains the characteristics of the cultural renewal in the old city center in order to embody three aspects, node order, environment and vitality of the streets.
