随着各级政府对南疆经济发展和社会稳定问题的政策支持，吸引了全国各地、各类型的流动人口进入南疆。以2015 年南疆流动人口调查问卷获得的数据为依据，选取个体特征、工作及保障状况、生活及环境状况三个维度20 个影响变量，利用SPSS19.0 中交叉表分析和二项多元回归方法对南疆流动人口居留意愿的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明，受教育程度、婚姻、户口性质、户籍来源、年收入差距、居住时间、气候环境满意度等对南疆流动人口居留意愿有显著影响。 - 关键词：
南疆；流动人口；居留意愿；logistic回归分析； - Abstract: With the support of the governments at all levels for the economic development and social stability in Southern Xinjiang, it has attracted various types of migrants from all parts of China. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire of migrant population in Southern Xinjiang in 2015, 20 influential variables including individual characteristics, work and security conditions, living and environmental conditions were selected. Using SPSS 19.0 in the crosstab analysis and binary multiple regression, the influential factors of the will to stay of floating population in Southern Xinjiang were analyzed. The results show that the degree of education, marriage, the nature of hukou, source of household registration, annual income gap, living time, climate and environmental satisfaction have a significant impact on the living intention of the floating population in Southern Xinjiang.
