随着大城市空间扩张的加快，其边缘区城镇日益成为城镇化最为活跃的地区之一。通过对杭州市良渚城镇13 年间的空间发展历程与扩张机理分析，总结其城镇功能与空间结构等特征，认为良渚城镇在发展过程中表现出空间破碎、功能分散、建设用地混杂以及旧城更新缓慢等问题，其发展受到多元主体、中心城区产业外迁和大型项目开发等因素的影响。如若缺乏合理的引导，边缘区城镇极易沦落为大城市空间扩张和功能疏散的无序载体。为此，今后应积极构建多方参与的共同决策框架、制定双向融合的空间发展战略和紧凑有序的空间开发时序，以促进边缘区城镇健康有序发展。 - 关键词：
大城市边缘区；城镇空间；城市扩张；良渚镇； - Abstract: With the accelerating of metropolitan spatial expansion, the towns in urban fringe are becoming one of the most active areas of urbanization. By analyzing the spatial expansion of Liangzhu town in 13 years, the article analyses its characteristics of the function and the spatial structure, indicates that the problems in the development of Liangzhu that include the space fragmentation, the function dispersion, the construction land hybrid and urban renewal stagnation and so on, which attribute to the factors such as multiple subjects, industry relocating from the city center and large-scale project developing. If no reasonable guidance, towns in metropolitan fringe will become the disorder space of metropolitan spatial expansion and function evacuation. finally, building participatory decision-making framework, developing bidirectional integrated spatial development strategy and making compact ordered space development timing are put forward in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of metropolitan fringe.
