江苏沿海分布着一系列由古代两淮盐场治所发展而来的“淮盐场治聚落”，其演变经历了起源、草创、定型、鼎盛和分化五个阶段，自然地理、制盐技术、盐业制度和基础设施对其聚落建制、空间格局、商业化和市镇化产生了深刻的影响，应对淮盐场治聚落遗产进行研究与保护。 - 关键词：
两淮盐场；治所聚落；自然地理；管理制度；空间变迁； - Abstract: In Jiangsu costal area, there are a serial of saltern-authority settlements, which used to be the seat of saltern government of Huai region. They went through the stages of origin, embryo, shape, peak and division. The physical geography, salt-making technology, salt management system and infrastructure influenced their hierarchy system, spatial structure, commercialization and urbanization. Therefor, salternauthority’s settlements should be researched and protected.
