开发区是我国改革开放后城市建设的重要组成部分，对城市发展和形态变化有着重大影响。基于1984-2013年间7个时相的TM遥感影像数据提取苏州市建设用地，采用形态指数分析苏州市空间形态演化特征，在梳理开发区快速发展历程的基础上，分析开发区不同时段对城市空间形态的独特作用。结果表明：1984-2013年间，苏州市各开发区建设造成城市空间显著差异化扩展，沿开发区所在区域东西向迅速扩展；开发区建设使得苏州市从最初单中心的空间结构演变成大城市核轴完整的多中心空间结构；开发区对苏州城市形态影响过程可以分为低水平变化、突变转换和高水平稳定三个阶段，每个阶段的城市形态指数既反映开发区建设对城市形态的影响，也显现出开发区土地开发利用的状态；开发区对形态的影响过程表明，科学合理地布局开发区、调控开发区规模及时序以提高城市形态稳定性和紧凑性是城市开发建设亟需解决的问题。 - 关键词：
开发区；城市空间形态；形态指数；苏州； - Abstract: Development zone is an important component of urban construction after China's reform and opening up, which has great influence on urban development and form change. Based on TM remote sensing image data from 1984 to 2013, this paper extracted the construction land in Suzhou city, and analyzed the evolvement characteristics of Suzhou city spatial morphology by form index. The results show that the development of the Suzhou’s development zones have resulted in the significant expansion of the urban space and the rapid development of the development zone along the east-west direction. The construction of the development zones have transformed the Suzhou city from the single spatial structure to the metropolitan core and the process of the impact of the development zone on Suzhou city shape can be divided into three stages: low level change, abrupt change and high level stability. The index of urban morphology at each stage reflects the influence of development zone on city shape. It also shows the development and utilization of land development status and the development zone on the shape of the process of that scientific and rational layout of the development zone. The size and timing of the development zone to improve the stability and compactness of urban form is urgently needed to solve urban development and construction problem.
