在对工业遗产改造成的创意产业园典型案例进行现场调查、对比分析与归纳研究的基础上，选取部分天津地区由工业遗产改造成的创意产业园进行使用后评价（POE），结合使用后评价的分析结果，提出面向创意产业的工业遗产改造的优化策略。 - 关键词：
工业遗产；创意产业园；使用后评价；POE；； - Abstract: Based on the field investigation, comparative analysis and summarization of the typical case of the industrial estate transformed into the industrial estate, the post-occupancy evaluation(POE) of the creative industrial park transformed by the industrial estate in Tianjin was selected. The paper puts forward the optimization strategy of industrial heritage transformation for creative industry.
