满洲里是我国北方重要的边境口岸城市，随着“一带一路”和“中蒙俄经济走廊”国家战略规划的深入实施，满洲里的区域战略地位得到进一步提升。在新的宏观背景情势之下，确有必要在国家战略框架内重新审视和确立满洲里市的战略地位，研究满洲里未来在构建中蒙俄经济走廊重要节点城市过程中空间发展的可能趋势以及重要节点的专业化识别，进而探讨满洲里及周边区域空间发展战略和保障实施空间发展战略的政策措施建议。 - 关键词：
中蒙俄经济走廊；一带一路；跨境金三角发展区；空间发展战略； - Abstract: Manzhouli is an important port city in northern China. Along with the further implementation of "The Belt and Road" and "Mongolia and Russia economic corridor" national strategic plan, the regional strategic position of Manzhouli has been further improved. Under the macro background of the new situation, it’s really necessary to re-examine and establish the strategic orientation of Manzhouli within the national strategic framework. In the process of building an important node city in Mongolia and Russia in the economic corridor, the possible trend of Manzhouli’s spatial development and the professional identification of important nodes were studied. Further, the spatial development strategy of Manzhouli and its surrounding area were discussed.
