信息化的全面深化对我国现有城市社区治理提出新的要求。信息化时代的城市社区需要智慧治理，其不仅要实现智能化以提升社区“智力”，更要通过和谐的治理主体关系与恰当的治理方式，实现“慧”的治理。文章基于佛山张槎“智慧城市管家”的创新实践，从技术支撑、治理主体与治理行为三个视角探讨城市社区智慧治理的实现路径：全面一体的智能化建设、建立合作均衡型的多元主体协作治理关系和合理高效的创新型治理方式。 - 关键词：
城市社区；智慧治理；智慧城市管家； - Abstract: The overall deepening informatization has new requirements to the existing governance of urban communities. Urban communities in information age need smart governance. It is not only to enhance the community “intelligence” by intelligence development, but also to create the harmonious relationship between governance behaviors and to use proper ways of governance. Based on the practice of Zhangcha “Smart City Service”, from three perspectives of intelligent technology support, community governance subject and governance behavior, the paper discusses the paths to smart governance of urban community: Comprehensive and integrated intelligence development, the foundation of multi-agent cooperative governance in equilibrium model, and reasonable and efficient management modes.
