在我国城镇化快速推进的背景下，城市住房建设量快速攀升，相对而言，农村地区的自建房数量却增长趋缓。本文尝试以天津农村地区为例，从宏观及微观两个层面探索城镇化对于农村自建房的影响。文章首先基于年鉴统计数据，对近30年天津自建房建设量变化及其原因进行了分析，其次在实地调研的基础上，归纳总结了自建房的现状特征及单体形式的演变趋势，最后剖析了城镇化对于自建房单体形式变迁的影响因素，旨在为农村住房的标准设计提供参考依据。 - 关键词：
农村自建房；地域性；城镇；变化； - Abstract: In the context of rapid urbanization in China, urban housing construction is rising rapidly. In contrast, the number of self-built houses in rural areas has slowed down. This paper attempts to explore the impact of urbanization on rural self-built housing from the macro and micro levels in rural areas of Tianjin. Based on the statistical data of the yearbook, this paper analyzes the change of construction volume and its causes in Tianjin since the last 30 years. Secondly, on the basis of real investigation, the paper summarizes the current situation of self-built housing and the evolution trend of monomer. Finally, it analyzes the influencing factors of urbanization in the form of monomer structure change, and aims to provide reference for the standard design of rural housing.
