为了减缓气候变化带来的诸多不确定后果，开展低碳住区建设的实践意义重大。通过对重庆主城住区的调查研究，探究住区碳排放构成因子及其特征，采用矩阵分析法分析碳排放因子与低碳规划要素的相关性，结合现有法定规划体系和居住区规划内容，构建基于碳排放因子的低碳住区规划要素体系，提出关键规划要素导向下的低碳住区空间环境类、土地使用类、设施类、行为活动类的减碳路径。 - 关键词：
低碳住区；碳排放因子；规划要素体系；减碳路径；重庆主城； - Abstract: This essay reviewed planning elements of low-carbon community by summarizing the practices of the domestic and foreign low-carbon community. We investigated some communities in Chongqing metropolitan area for exploring community carbon emission factors and characteristics. And then, the essay defines some key planning elements for reducing carbon emission by analyzing correlation of carbon emission factor and community planning elements; Planning elements system of low-carbon community are constructed based on carbon emission factors, existing legal planning system and community planning norm; And the paper proposes carbon reduction pathway of the space environment, land use, facility and behavior activity under the guidance of the key planning elements.
