当前气候变化导致的城市内涝、雨洪灾害等问题严重威胁到人类的生存和社会发展。为加以应对，我国提出全面建设海绵城市。城市水系作为城市生态系统的重要组成部分，是实现海绵城市的关键途径之一。在此背景下，文章试图从城市水环境、城市水景观、城市水空间、规划编制技术及法规等方面，对雨洪管理视角下的我国城市水系规划相关研究路径、进展以及存在的主要问题进行探讨，并对未来研究方向做出展望。 - 关键词：
雨洪管理；城市水系；研究路径；展望； - Abstract: Climate change results in serious disasters, such as urban inland inundation and storm flood, which have threatened the human’s living and the development of society. In order to relieve such pressure, we proposed to develop the overall construction of “sponge city”. Urban water system, as the most significant part of the urban eco system, is playing the important role in realizing the “sponge city”. In such context, this paper is trying to summarize the literature reviews on the urban water system planning from the perspective of stormwater management, such as the urban water environment, urban water landscape, and urban water spatial, as well as the planning techniques and regulations. On the other hand, the author also discusses the main problems of the existing researches, and puts forward the expectation of future research orientation.
