- 摘要：
针对《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》中提出的“推广街区制”的意见，本文对南京市大型小区进行了现状调查与研究分析，探讨了在南京市推广“街区制”的可行性以及在推行过程中可能面临的问题，并提出相应的对策建议，从而为南京市道路系统优化、解决城市交通拥堵和拓展城市空间提供思路。 - 关键词：
街区制；大型小区；存在问题；对策建议； - Abstract: According to the suggestion of popularizing block system, which comes from Several Opinions of the Central People’s Government about Further Strengthen the Management of Urban Planning and Construction, this paper investigates and analyzes the large districts in Nanjing, discusses the feasibility of popularizing block system in Nanjing and the confronting problems during the process, and proposes relevant countermeasures, which may help to provide ideas for optimizing road system, solving urban congestion problems and expanding urban spaces in Nanjing.
