基于系统弹性概念和DO-E2S2系统分析框架,建立了反映系统吸收能力、适应能力和恢复能力三个维度的城市供水系统弹性能力评估指标体系,利用GIS技术对咸潮情景下上海市某供水区域的系统弹性能力展开可视化评估,运用K-means聚类算法解决了不同权重下的多指标评估及其评估结果在GIS中的多图层叠加可视化难题,给出了基于系统质量持续改进下的系统弹性能力评估结果和预警区域,为供水系统质量持续改进的防灾减灾系统再设计提供决策支持。 - 关键词:
咸潮;城市供水系统;系统弹性能力;GIS;K-means聚类算法 - Abstract: Based on the system elasticity concept and DO-E2S2 system analysis framework, the evaluation index system of urban water supply system resilience system which reflects the system¡¯s absorptive capacity, adaptability and recovery ability is established. The paper used GIS technology to study a water supply area in Shanghai whose K-means clustering algorithm is used to solve the multi-layer evaluation problem of multi-index evaluation. The system based on continuous improvement of system quality is given. Resilience assessment results and early warning areas to provide decision support for the re-design of disaster prevention and mitigation systems that continuously improve the quality of the water supply system are provided.
