在全球化的背景下，城市滨水地区的繁荣、衰败以及复兴一直是城市发展的重要影响因素。在对于上海黄浦江西岸的物质空间环境脉络变迁的研究基础上，探讨了以政策引导与多方合作、文化事件介入、工业地块转型及城市资本再分配等为特征的后工业时代黄浦江滨江更新的“西岸模式”，并对城市开发公司作为更新推手的角色进行了分析，最后提出后工业时代城市滨水区发展的困境及对未来的展望。 - 关键词：
全球化；上海西岸；水岸复兴；城市开发公司；文化事件； - Abstract: In the context of globalization, the redevelopment and revitalization of the waterfront area has always been the driving force of urban regeneration. Based on the study of the changing context of the physical environment of the West Bund area, the paper discussed the “West Bund” mode which is marked with the characteristics of policy guidance, culture events involvement, multi-cooperation, transformation of industrial land as well as urban capital redistribution, and analyzed the role of joint government-enterprise acting as the promoter of regeneration. In the end, the paper brings forward the dilemma and prospect of the redevelopment and revitalization of urban waterfront in the post-industrial period.
