知识经济时代，创意产业作为集经济、文化、科技与创新于一体的新经济业态，在旧城复兴和城市更新中扮演着极为重要的角色。本文基于 Hess 的文化、地域和网络三维嵌入性理论，分析了文化创意产业的地方嵌入性形成机制。在此基础上，通过实地调研和访谈等研究方法，探讨了西安纺织城旧工厂改造形成的创意园区的本地嵌入路径与形成机制，研究发现 ：纺织城地方特有文化资源，是艺术家创作的重要源泉 ；艺术家们基于学缘所形成的当地特有社会关系，是纺织城走上可持续再生发展的基石。但是仍然存在一些问题，纺织城的后期发展需要特别注意培养和嵌入创意环境，从物质和精神两个层次更深层的嵌入，创造出更有品质的创意作品，跨入全球轨道，从而实现其经济引擎作用。 - 关键词：
文化创意产业；地方嵌入；西安；纺织城艺术区； - Abstract: In the era of knowledge economy, the creative industry, as a new economic format integrating economy, culture, technology and innovation, plays an extremely important role in the revitalization of old cities and urban renewal. Based on Hess's theory of culture, geography and network three-dimensional embeddedness, this paper analyzes the local embeddedness formation mechanism of cultural and creative industries. On this basis, through the field research and interviews and other research methods, the local embedded path and formation mechanism of the creative park formed by the transformation of the old factory in Xi'an Textile City was discussed. The research found that the unique cultural resource of the textile city is an important source of artist's creation. The local social relations formed by the artists based on the academic origin are the cornerstone of the textile city's sustainable development. However, there are still some problems. The development of the textile city needs special attention to cultivate and embed the creative environment, and deeper embedding from the material and spiritual levels to create more creative works of creativity and enter the global track to realize its economy.
