中国城市经历了高速建设发展阶段，街区尺度呈现出不断增大的趋势，带来众多社会问题。本文借鉴类型形态学的研究方法，归纳和分析不同时期中国城市街区形态的成因以及影响因素，总结出其演变特点和规律，为探索中国街区的适宜尺度和规模提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
类型形态学 ；街区 ；尺度 ；城市层级 ；演变阶段 - Abstract: The city of China has experienced the stage of rapid development and the scale of the blocks have been increasing, which has brought a lot of social problems. The paper learns from the method of the theory of typomorphology to summarize and analyze the reasons and influence factors of the blocks¡¯ form of cities in China. The characteristics and rules of evolution can provide references for the exploration in the construction of appropriate scale city blocks.
