基于城市各类服务设施的热点（POI）数据，通过 GIS 空间分析方法对杭州市多中心体系进行探索。研究发现，当前杭州市多中心城市体系已经逐步成型，上一轮城市总体规划确定的三个副城和六大组团都得到不同程度的发展。其中，三个副城发育程度较高，各类服务设施聚集能力较强，并呈现出相异的空间分布特征。与之相比，外围组团发育水平还存在着一定差距，仅部分组团的相关服务设施及商品房住宅聚集程度较高。最后，从政府行为、经济转型及社会变迁三个方面分析了服务设施布局形态的形成机制，并对杭州多中心空间体系构建提出相应的策略与建议。 - 关键词：
POI数据；核密度分析；多中心；城市空间；杭州； - Abstract: Based on urban POI data, this paper analyses the developmental features of urban polycentricity in Hangzhou by using methods of GIS spatial analysis. The study found that spatial structure of polycentricity has been gradually taking shape in Hangzhou. Three satellitecities and six groups of new towns have beendetermined by urban master planning of Hangzhou, which undertake decentralizing service functions of central city, thereby achieving different development levels of urban functions. Meanwhile, development levels of three satellitecities are higher than six groups of new towns in suburbs. Finally, it analyses the mechanism of the special form of the service facilities on three sidesand proposes some suggestions on the implementation of urban master planning and development of polycentricity in Hangzhou.
