追溯了英国绿色空间概念的缘起，回顾了绿色空间规划的发展历程，阐述了绿色空间规划的管 控体系、政策法规、规划工具和实施机制，并以大伦敦地区普利茅斯绿色空间战略规划编制为 例，解析了英国绿色空间规划编制与实施的实践经验，力求为我国新型城镇化背景下的都市圈 绿化系统规划建设提供有益的启示。 - 关键词：
英国；绿色空间规划；都市圈； - Abstract: The paper reviews the exploration process of the green space planning in the UK, including the emerging, planning objectives, and the control systems from the state-to-local level, policies, planning tools and implementation. Taking the example of Plymouth in Greater London, this paper discusses the use of green space planning in practice, and provides reference for metropolitan area green space system theory and practice in China.
