城市街廓界面形态受多方面因素影响，尤其是经济动力和相关规定的影响，其中建筑退让道路 规定是与界面形态特征最为相关的强制性规定。研究聚焦建筑退让道路距离规定，以南京市为 例，在梳理主要规定条文、建立形态法规理论模型和关联评价图表的理论分析基础上，通过选 取案例，采用历史演绎、图示叠加和参数曲线等对比分析法，对街廓界面形态特征与建筑退让 道路规定的关联性进行实证分析，得出退让规定对沿街建筑位置控制有效的同时，却关联带来 了参差不齐等形态问题。研究对于推进对我国城市街道空间形态特征的科学认知、基于形态的 视角修订和编制相关法规、城市设计规定、塑造适居的城市环境质量等具有重要的意义。 - 关键词：
街廓建筑界面形态特征；建筑退让道路规定；法规理论模型；关联评价图表； - Abstract: Blocks interface form might be described as the result of various factors influence, especially from the power of economic development and control of related regulations, among them, coding of buildings setback is the most mandatory regulations related to the characteristics of form. Focusing on coding of buildings setback road distance, though choosing case slices and using comparative method, this study has illustrated comparison between urban block interface status and coding theory model of conforming to coding, and analyzed the effect relationship between coding control and block interface form based upon the investigation in relevant provisions of Nanjing. The results demonstrated that relevant provisions have controlled to buildings position along the street, but have brought about the uneven problems of form. This study has significance for specification revision of urban coding and shaping the livable habitat quality of urban physical environment.
