居民居住地与工作地的空间关系是城市空间布局的重要依据，从城市通勤行为和职住空间角度 研究城市空间结构，有利于揭示城市空间演变的内在动力机制，从而更全面地理解土地利用和 通勤交通之间的相互关系。本文利用手机信令数据，提出基于手机信令数据的居民工作地和居 住地识别方法，研究了分区域的居民通勤距离和就业岗位通勤距离等指标，提出了利用居民出 行调查数据对比校核手机信令数据的方法。以苏州市为例，结合苏州市综合交通模型对城市职 住空间分布特征进行研究，讨论市域和市区的职住平衡关系 ; 利用可视化方法研究苏州市通勤 网络特征。 - 关键词：
职住空间分析；手机信令数据；通勤出行；通勤距离；职住平衡； - Abstract: The spatial relationship between the residence and the working place is an important basis for the spatial layout of the city. Urban spatial study from the perspective of urban commuter and residential space is helpful to comprehensively reveal the internal dynamic mechanism of urban spatial evolution and the relationship between land use and commuting behavior. Using the cellular signaling data of mobile phone, this paper puts forward the identification method of the place of work and residence, studies the commuting distance in different areas, and puts forward the checking method. Combined with the transportation modelling method, the characteristics of Suzhou residential space are studied and the relationship between the characteristics of urban commuting behavior and the separation of job and residence is discussed. Finally, the patterns of the commuter network in Suzhou are studied by using the geographic visualization method.
