近年来，创意产业园成为许多城市规划建设的重点。然而，对不同类型创意产业园在城市内部的空间格局和形成机制则研究较少。首先通过对创意产业园发展主导力量和功能特点的理论归纳，建立起关于我国城市创意产业园的复合分类体系 ；在此基础上以武汉市为案例，借助 G I S工具对武汉市创意产业园进行分类统计和制图，并对不同类型创意产业园的空间分布特征及其形成机制进行深入的探讨 ；最后结合实证研究提出若干城市创意产业园发展建设的政策建议。 - 关键词：
创意产业园；文化创意产业；空间格局；机制； - Abstract: In recent years, creative industry parks have become a priority in the planning and construction of many cities. However, few researches have been conducted to comparatively explore the spatial patterns and formation mechanisms of different types of creative industry parks. Through a theoretical analysis of the leading developmental forces and major functions of creative industry parks, this paper firstly establishes a multi-classification system of such parks. Based on this system, the paper utilizes GIS tools to collect and analyze the data of creative industry parks in Wuhan, and explores the spatial patterns and formation mechanisms of different types of creative industry parks in this city. Finally, it proposes some policy suggestions for developing urban creative industry based on the empirical findings.
