反思传统的水平城市规划模式，推动城市由水平发展走向以功能混合、高密度居住为基本特征的垂直发展，是解决职住分离、环境污染、交通拥堵、房价高企等城市问题的一种有效途径。本文首先深入剖析城市垂直发展的动因；其次基于案例分析，以马赛公寓、六本木H i l l s、西咸立体城市为典型代表，再现城市垂直发展所经历的建筑综合体、城市综合体、立体城市三个阶段；最后，总结典型案例的经验与启示，为推动我国城市垂直发展提出建议。 - 关键词：
城市垂直发展；动因；实践；启示； - Abstract: Reflecting on the traditional horizontal urban planning model and promoting the vertical development of cities from horizontal development to functional hybrid and high-density living as the basic features is an effective way to solve urban problems such as separation of employment and work, environmental pollution, traffic congestion and high housing prices. This paper first implements in-depth analysis of the reasons for the vertical development of cities. Secondly, based on the case analysis, the paper takes Marseille Apartment, Roppongi Hills, and West Ham City as the typical representatives to reproduce the three stages of building complex, urban complex and three-dimensional city experienced by the vertical development of the city. Finally, the paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of typical cases and make suggestions for promoting the vertical development of our cities.
