在对新老城区协调度内涵阐述的基础上，构建了新老城区协调度评价指标体系，并建立了新老城区协调度和协调发展度模型。同时以上海、广州、西安和天津为例，定量测度并分析了2010-2014 年间这 4 个城市新老城区的发展水平、协调度以及协调发展度。结果表明，除广州外，上海、天津、西安的新老城区协调度均表现出下降的特点，新老城区发展差距的扩大意味着如何促进新老城区的协调联动发展将成为城市进一步发展所面临的重要问题。 - 关键词：
新城区；老城区；协调度；协调发展度； - Abstract: Based on the explanation of the connotation of the coordination degree of the new and old urban areas, the evaluation index system for the coordination of the new and old urban areas was constructed, and the coordination and coordination development model for the new urban area was established. At the same time, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an and Tianjin were taken as examples to quantitatively measure and analyze the development level, coordination degree and coordination development degree of the new old urban areas degree of the four cities during 2010-2014. The results show that, with the exception of Guangzhou, the coordination of the new and old cities in Shanghai, Tianjin, and Xi'an all show a declining character. The expansion of the development gap in the new and old cities means that how to promote the coordinated development of the new and old cities will become an important issue of the city.
