通勤是居民日常生活的重要组成，调查分析影响居民通勤满意度的因素能为进一步提升居民生活品质、促进社会和谐提供可借鉴路径。本研究以扬州市城市居民通勤的调查数据为基础，运用结构方程模型，对居民通勤满意度影响因素进行分析。结果表明 ：扬州市城市居民通勤满意度影响因素可分为个人属性、工作特征感知、环境感知三个维度，而其中工作特征感知、环境感知对通勤满意度有显著影响。研究认为提高工作稳定性、工资水平，完善公共配套设施，保护良好环境是提高通勤满意度的重要路径。 - 关键词：
通勤满意度；结构方程模型；影响因素；扬州市； - Abstract: Commuting is an important part in residents' daily life. Investigation and analysis on factors influencing residents’ commuting satisfaction can be employed to enhance residents' quality of life and thus promote social harmony. Based on data collected on Yangzhou residents' commuting situation, this paper builds a structural equation model to analyze factors contributing to residents’ commuting satisfaction. The study shows that the factors can be divided into three dimensions including individual characteristics, occupation perception and environment. Particularly, occupation perception and environment have significant influence on the commuter satisfaction. Research suggests that improving working stability and wages, perfecting the public facilities, protecting the environment are important ways to improve the commuter satisfaction.
