- 重庆交通基础设施与区域经济的关系研究
- Measuring the Relationship between Transportation Infrastructures and Regional Economic Growth: The Case of Chongqing

- 摘要：
西部大开发战略实施 16 年以来，交通基础设施建设一直是资金投入的重点，如何充分发挥交通对西部经济的带动作用成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文基于灰色关联模型，对重庆交通基础设施与区域经济的关系展开研究。研究发现 ：重庆航空运输业对经济增长的带动作用最为显著，高速公路次之 ；桥梁、铁路的修建布局对重庆经济发展起到很大推动作用，但二者对经济的带动作用稍弱于航空运输和高速公路 ；交通基础设施对农村经济发展的带动作用远远低于城市。 - 关键词：
交通基础设施；区域经济；灰色关联模型；重庆； - Abstract: Since the implementation of the Great West Development Strategy, the role played by various transportation means such as highways, air and water transports on local economic growth has remained controversial and non-deterministic, especially for the developing cities with complicated geographical environment in Western China. This paper examines the case of Chongqing. Based on agray relational model using transportation infrastructures and economic development data (2003-2015), it aims at measuring the relationship between various transportation means and regional economic growth. Air transports are found to have the biggest influence on economic development and followed by motorways. However, the correlation between various transportation means and economic growth in the rural areas is much lower than in the urban.
