当前，中国正在经历社会经济的多重转型，产业布局规划编制创新需求迫切。在多规合一的背景下，本文探讨了产业布局规划创新的方向、实现逻辑及手段，指出“体现市场意志是创新的重要方向之一”、“产业系统与城市系统的要素耦合是落实这一创新的有效手段”，并以武汉市为案例，在实践中对上述思路与方法予以细化落实。 - 关键词：
多重转型；产业布局；要素耦合；武汉； - Abstract: At present, China is experiencing a multiple restructuring of its social and economic systems, leading to an urgent need for an innovation of industrial layout plan. In the context of ‘to replace multiple plans for urban development with one master plan’, this paper discussed direction, implementation logic and means of the innovation, and pointed that the market would be an important innovation direction and factors coupling is the fundamental means to implement this innovation. Based on the discussion, the paper then provided an analytical framework, and applied it to a Wuhan case.
