- 城市农民工市民化水平及影响因素分析 ——基于长沙市的调查数据
- The Level and Influencing Factors of Citizenization of City Rural Migrant Workers——A Research Based on the Survey Data in Changsha

本文在已有研究的基础上，基于新型城镇化建设的视角，采用综合指标法构建了一个包含 15个二级指标和 30 个三级指标的农民工市民化水平评价指标体系。运用 2014 年农民工课题组的问卷调查数据对长沙市农民工市民化水平进行了评价，并采用相关分析和逐步回归分析研究了影响长沙市农民工市民化进程的主要因素。研究结果显示 ：长沙市农民工总体市民化水平已达 46.9% 的“半”市民化状态，虽然心理认同市民化程度已接近 50%，而经济生活市民化程度已高达 66.5%，但他们的政治参与市民化程度、社会关系市民化程度和居住条件市民化程度都偏低。农民工的城市居住时间、职业培训情况、劳动合同的签订情况以及工资收入状况对其市民化程度有显著影响 ；而性别、年龄、婚姻情况、受教育程度及户口所在地对市民化水平影响不显著。 - 关键词：
农民工；市民化；新型城镇化； - Abstract: Reference to previous research and based on the perspective of new urbanization, this article first established an evaluation system, including fifteen secondary indicators and thirty third indicators. By using the survey data of Migrant Workers Task Force in year 2014, we estimate the citizenization level of rural migrant workers in Changsha. We then use correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the main factors affecting the citizenization level of rural migrant workers. The results show that the total citizenization level of rural migrant workers in Changsha has achieved 46.9%, which was in the state of half-level citizenization. Although the level of psychological identity public is close to 50 %, and the extent of the economic life has reached 66.5%, the level of political participation, the level of social public relations and the level of living conditions is still low. The residence time in city, vocational training, signing labor contracts and wage have a significant effect on the citizenization level of rural migrant workers; while other factors such as sex, age, marital status, education level and account for the location is insignificant.
